This page explains how to delete your account and the data held with it for apps by Wuffalo Eight, trading as Tyrosuite. Pick your app below. You do not need to be signed in to read this page, and you can always reach a human at [email protected].

Delete it yourself, straight away
ResiboNow has self-service deletion built in — you do not need to email us:
- Sign in at resibonow.app/account (or open Account in the app).
- Choose Delete account.
- Confirm with your password.
Deletion happens immediately and permanently when you confirm. There is no grace period and no way for us to undo it, so export anything you still need first — your invoices and receipts can be downloaded as PDFs before you delete.
What is deleted
Your user record and everything linked to it, including:
- your account and sign-in credentials;
- your invoices, receipts and their line items;
- your clients and saved item catalogue;
- your business profile, logo and tax settings;
- payment records, withholding credits and invoice history;
- active sessions, refresh tokens and any pending email or password-reset links.
SproutSave
App: SproutSave (com.tyrosuite.sproutsave) · Android
SproutSave has no account and no server. There is no sign-up, no sign-in, and nothing of yours on our side — so there is no account for us to delete and no request for you to send. Your ledger exists only on your phone.
How to erase your data
- Inside the app: Settings → Reset all data erases every expense, income entry, budget, goal and receipt on the device. It keeps your preferences — PIN, currency, theme and layout — so that clearing data does not quietly switch your app lock off.
- Everything, including preferences: uninstall the app, or go to Android Settings → Apps → SproutSave → Storage → Clear storage. That removes the local database and every receipt image permanently.
Before you do
Because nothing is stored on a server, there is no backup to restore from. If you want to keep your history, use Settings → Back up & restore to write an encrypted backup file, or Export as CSV, before you reset or uninstall. Any backup file you have already copied elsewhere is not removed by uninstalling — delete those copies yourself.
Boxing Timer and TindaMate
These apps have no account and no server — nothing you do in them is sent to us, so there is nothing on our side to delete. To erase their data, uninstall the app or clear its storage from Android Settings.
One thing to note for TindaMate: if you created a local backup file and copied it to an SD card, another phone, or sent it to yourself, uninstalling does not remove those copies. Delete them yourself wherever you put them.

What may remain briefly after deletion
Once your account record is deleted it is gone from our live database immediately. Two caveats, for completeness:
- Encrypted server backups. Routine backups are kept for disaster recovery and age out on their normal rotation schedule, so a copy may persist in a backup for a short period before being overwritten. These are not used to restore deleted accounts.
- Records we are required to keep. If we are legally required to retain something (for example a record of a payment dispute), we keep only that and nothing more.
We do not retain a shadow profile, a marketing record, or your data in any other form after deletion.
If something goes wrong
If a deletion request is not actioned, or you cannot access the account you want deleted — because you lost the email address, for example — write to [email protected] and say what you need. We may ask you to confirm something only the account holder would know, so that nobody can delete an account that is not theirs.
